NEW YOUTH MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
In order make the Club more accessible to a younger audience the Membership Committee has decided to offer a limited membership joining scheme starting 24 December 2015. This membership is limited to 50 new young members and must be up-grade on each applicable birthday stated in the table below.
It is designed to offer a very attractive way to become member of the Aberdeen Boat Club and enjoy sailing, boating and recreation activity while studying or starting one working life.
The scheme is based on age group and allow Members under these categories to use the whole club facilities but do not allow voting rights.
The Youth Membership becomes invalid when such Member reaches the age of 29. Youth Members may apply to convert their membership into Associate Membership on turning 30.
The joining fees are as follow:
