New: Yoga, Sculpt and Stretch

We are pleased to offer a new range of Yoga, Sculpt and Stretch courses at the Club provided by Dr Michelle Lee. With the mission to inspire balance, Michelle's programs and workshops are designed with you in mind! Armed with a PhD in Medicine, her extensive background in human physiology and exercise physiology allows her programs to be intentionally developed with science and biomechanics in mind. In addition to being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Michelle is a certified Life and Leadership facilitator and coach, giving you a holistic and dynamic body, heart and mind approach to each session.




Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays 10:00am to 11:15am (other times also possible)

Venue: Our beautiful 3rd floor function room with sweeping views of the harbour.
